Valentines Dinner Menu
- We have come up with a fantastic menu for the valentine’s weekend. At only £30/person why not celebrate Valentine’s with us on Friday, Saturday and Sunday!
Cream of cauliflower soup with a goat’s cheese
and honey croute.
- Foie gras and ham hock terrine, cider jelly and pickled baby vegetables.
- Roast Rye Bay scallops, apple puree and frisse salad.

Champagne sorbet and strawberries.

Pan fried local gurnard fillet, crushed new potatoes and wilted baby gem lettuce.
- Poached free range chicken, wild mushroom and shallot risotto, thyme sauce.
- Tomato, white bean and winter vegetable hot pot with sage dumplings (v).

Warm dark chocolate and orange soup, lavender
shortbread and caramelized oranges.

Our one nights lovers escape includes walks along deserted beaches just minutes from your beachside address! (Saturday now sold out, Friday & Sunday night still available)
- Arrive at the Hotel any time after 2pm and check into your double room which will be decorated with rose petals and tea lights. You will also find some of chef’s homemade chocolate truffles waiting for you.
- Head to the bar for your cosmopolitan cocktail
- Just 2 minutes walk from the hotel is one of the most amazing sandy beaches on the south coast and the perfect spot for a romantic walk to start the weekend in style.
- If you fancy saving the beach for the following morning choose a romantic DVD from our library or retreat to the guest sitting room.
- In the evening enjoy a pre Valentines dinner glass of fizz in the sitting room.
- Head Chef Austin Gould has prepared a 4 course valentines feast working with the local ingredients found minutes from the hotel.
- The legendary Place at the Beach Breakfast is served in the morning.
